This project involved the design and development of a multi-tenant SaaS analytics platform for a B2B startup focused on data-driven decision-making. The goal was to build a scalable, secure, and high-performance system capable of supporting multiple organizations with isolated data access and role-based permissions. The platform features customizable dashboards, real-time analytics, and subscription-based feature access. A strong emphasis was placed on clean architecture, performance optimization, and long-term maintainability to support rapid growth and evolving business requirements. Our team collaborated closely with the client to define workflows, data models, and system architecture, ensuring the solution aligned with both technical and business objectives.
