Enterprise Web Application UX Redesign

This project focused on improving the user experience of an existing enterprise web application that had grown complex over time and was facing usability and adoption challenges. The primary objective was to simplify workflows, reduce cognitive load, and create a consistent, intuitive interface without changing core business logic. We began by analyzing existing user flows, identifying friction points, and understanding how different user roles interacted with the system. Based on these insights, key workflows were restructured to reduce unnecessary steps and improve task clarity. High-fidelity UI designs were created with a strong emphasis on usability, accessibility, and consistency. A reusable component structure was defined to ensure visual alignment across the application and to support faster development moving forward. The redesigned interface significantly improved usability and user satisfaction while preserving the stability of the underlying system.
